A Dual Carbonfly Wrap and Free-Hosel Technology save weight from the G440 K’s sole (3.5g), crown (1.5g) and hosel region. This saved weight is optimally placed on the perimeter of the driver’s head (including the backweight), positioning the CG lower and deeper for faster ball speed and increasing MOI for added forgiveness. PING’s FreeHosel technology saves 3g from the heel section and increases flexing for ball-speed retention in that region of the face.

A composite crown bridge and acoustic sole ‘ribs’ attached to the crown and sole of the G440 K improve sound with a more muted and solid impact experience. The ribs dampen unwanted vibrations by working to stiffen the crown and sole during impact.

4g heavier back weight in the G440 K compared to the G430 MAX 10K moves CG lower and deeper for more ball speed and extreme MOI
Dual Carbonfly Wrap crown and sole, plus Free-Hosel technology, save weight in the G440 K to help position CG lower and deeper with high MOI.
